Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available and can be applied for within 5 days of delivery through the Return & Exchange Portal. Please ensure you select the correct size, fit, quality, and color before placing your order, as we do not accept returns at this time.
- You can avail 1 time free exchange on order value of more than ₹1500 (Excluding Cash on Delivery Charges)
- For order value under ₹1500, a nominal delivery fee of ₹150 is applicable

Note: Reverse pickup is subject to pin code service availability. In case reverse pickup is not available at your location, you can courier the parcel back to our warehouse at the address below and share the courier details with us via email.

Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement product to you. We will also reimburse the courier charges incurred while sending the product to us, up to ₹200. Refunds are not eligible in this case.

Note: Refunds are only issued for damaged products received and if that particular item is out of stock. If you receive a damaged product, we apologize and are here to help. Please take clear photos and a video of the product and email them to care.whitehusk@gmail.com. We will deliver a new replacement based on your preference.
We do not offer refunds for issues related to size, quality, or color, as all product details are clearly provided in the description. Please review all product information before ordering.
Empty Parcel Received
All orders are weighed before dispatch, making it virtually impossible to receive an empty parcel. Any claims of an empty package will be investigated, and false claims will be rejected.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at care.whitehusk@gmail.com.
Care & Safety Note
We recommend that all customers wash their garments before first use. This is especially important for individuals with sensitive skin or allergies, as fabrics can naturally pick up humidity or environmental particles during storage and handling. A quick wash helps ensure maximum comfort, freshness, and hygiene.
White Husk or any related parties shall not be held liable for any skin irritation, allergic reactions, or related concerns arising from failure to follow this recommendation.

Refunds
