Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.
• Enjoy 1 free exchange on orders above ₹1,500.
• A ₹150 exchange fee applies to orders below ₹1,500.
• The original product tag must be intact at the time of pickup, or the exchange may be rejected.

Return & Refund Policy

• Returns and refunds are accepted only for verified manufacturing defects.
• An unboxing video is mandatory for claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items. Without video, claims will be rejected.
• The issue shall be raised within 36hrs of delivery.
• A replacement will be initiated first. A refund will be processed only if the replacement is unavailable, subject to verification.
